Howdy. I want to start legal bussines growing high cbd low thc in europe. Im trying to find some strains with 0.3%thc in flower or is there some way to keep thc under 0.3% ( Europe limit) in strains which should be for example max 0.5%. Like earlier harvest maybe? Thank you for all answers, ideas, info etc.

You can harvest it super super late. THC turns to CBD when you go past prime harvest times.

I've tried some "Carmagnola" grown indoor with 14.9% CBD and 0.16% THC.

Probably a few lab tests you can test a lb 10 times from different labs I promise the thc percentages with change significantly... They may have cracked down but a few years ago if your bud tested low the labs would have you pay for a retest to get a higher number

truth. id bet its even worse for hemp farmers trying to comply with the >.3% thc thing. the labs know they have the farmers by the balls. extractors/processors too, for that matter

I disagree with you Sunny...
What you saying is that if you give the same cuts of 3 clones from the same mother to three different growers all will achieve the same outcome...which is wrong, as I am sure most will agree. Why else are we on here..RIU?
We learn that the environment, as well as growing medium, fertilizers, lights, harvest dates, trichome colour all affect outcomes of the final flower....
They are not a given dictated by genetics.

Correct... I said that genetics play the dominant role. Soil medium, lighting, time until harvest etc will have an effect. However genetics play the dominant role in THC/CBD ratios... 3 experienced growers growing cuts from the same mother would end up with relatively similar although not exact results.. There is no great way that I am aware of to take a prized cut of Bubba Kush and turn it into legal hemp without breeding..
