Having now worked on an Organic Farm, I am embarking upon my fourth medical cannabis adventurus journey.
As a base, the plants have a well worked and organic matter amended soil from various raised beds on a farm. The beds have been worked over 5 years, with proper cover crop planting and crop rotation. The soils parent material is clay. Lots of compost has been amended, the only other organic amendments used are kelp meal and gypsum.
Each plant will have this as a base soil. I will add worm gold plus high-chitinase worm castings, sea 90 trace minerals and elemite rock dust to four of the plants.
One plant will grow with just the base farm soil, with no furthur amending from me.
One plant will grow in the farm soil plus castings and elemite.
One plant will receive an extra amending of kelp meal and gypsum.
One plant will receive and extra amending of kelp meal, gypsum and a powdered high phosphorus grow supplement.
One plant will have just the farm soil with castings and elemite plus mykos amended.
Get some bio-diversity growin on, for sure can re-pot if any of the soil blends need recalibration.
One plant each, Sour D, SourOg, Blueberry, Bluedream and FireOg.
All are about a foot tall, Blueberry is near two ft. I will most likely top, and grow her cutting out.
I have about 3.5 ft remaining of total clearance in heigh space available.
CFL and LED for lighting, good exhaust and air flow.
Water is filtered to remove chloramine and harmful toxins, but leaves Mg and Ca as a redily available source of nourishment.
