Hey guys just started germinating some seeds I have them placed in a container surrounded by foil and I used a couple sheets of bounty soaked with distilled water. Now I have it placed under a light which is only for heating purposes it can't get into the container. Yesterday my mom however came into my room and turned off the lights, they got really cold over the next 2 hours. Can that kill them? N.b I saaw a trace of white roots around the seed b4 the incident, N.bb These seeds were obtained from street weed.

The only way to know for sure if they're viable is to wait and see if they sprout.

But if you consider that normally, in nature germinating seeds are exposed to daytime temperature then nighttime, you'd think that a few hours of slightly cooler temperature will have no effect on your seeds whatsoever.
