I have never seen a kind AD on RIU?

its not the first of last time a company: has fired off a letter, to a webmaster asking to remove a thread, maybe even citing lawyers crap.

no one cares about kind(really) its not like they are removing DIY posts n stuff.

The point was to help people. A lot of younger folks save allowances and milk money to buy these things. Thread after thread I see kind brought up. Everyone comparing them as the top tier grow lights.

My lights burned out after 2 weeks, I sent them back within the 90 day return policy. They arrived to kind and I was told they were damaged. So they offered to send them back since the return was for like new returns only. I was -2880$ and -200 in return shipping at this point.

Growers house which rocks offered me a partial refund which I took and they accepted the lights.

During the thread here I realized some very important info I overlooked. they started calling my questioning a conspiracy theory. So many things happened over this time and the main issue I had was they wouldn't give me proof that both lights were damaged. I also saw a perfect box in the back ground of the damaged light photo. we went back and forth for over a month. this is when I realized my theory was real. Kind would not send photos of the original box, or proof both lights were damaged, would not offer me anything as far as a return goes. Until I told them I was going to post my theory here. That's when they offered me a free light or $600. Sounds like hush money.

These companies are shady as fuck and to see a thread deleted which was all truth explaining MY EXPERIENCE I know for a fact it's real.

Sure, I was excited to swap out hps to kind. Then they burnt out and I listened to some smart fellows here and learned a lot over those few months. I stuck up for them for like 3 days

I can't believe RIU removed that thread. its unfortunate because RIU has some pretty good SEO. When I am searching google researching a cannabis specific topic, a RIU thread is often one of the first hits. It just makes me sad that someone new to LED with very little knowledge won't be able to find a true customer experience of the product.

KIND led needs to spend less time censoring the internet and more time editing the propaganda on their website and correcting their own contradicting information.

Well I have sent multiple messages questioning why the thread was removed and i am completely getting ignored. I check and the ad guys profile and he logs on daily. The only thing I can think is they paid off riu like they paid me off. I took the money even though it was minimal. Minus the return shipping I broke even and learned a valuable lesson. Funny how they offered me a light or money. That really made me question their intelligence.

I just now started seeing adds for kind on here.

I can guess: remove this thread and ill buy ad space for __ months, and put you in our meta tag too.

I wouldn't worry bout it, if a webmaster cleans up all the trolls and smash, then removed politics sub on the forums, they wouldn't get as many clicks. pretty much 8:00 day one on how start a web forum is have a political space, cause its almost always half of all your traffic, no matter what subject the site is.

at the heart of it all RIU is a just like any other subject forum. its not personal I'm sure.

My only motivation for this is to let as many people know what type of company this is before dumping hard earned money. If people want to spend it on kind let them. I have already convinced dozens not to purchase and most send me photos of another brand and a thank you.

It could have been avoided by accepting the return or denying the shipment when the shipping box arrived in such poor condition like they said. I didn't ask anything more than my initial purchase price and that was to much for them.

Did you know most of the led in the kind are only 3 watts and the units only have a hand full of 5 watt LEDs. Even China company's are now using 5 watt led. Mars hydro used 5 watt. So I was thinking ki d 1600 vs a 300 mars . the mars would win in a yield test going by the extra par and light penetration my opinion 1600 dollar unit vs a 300 dollar

seems like these companies are their own worst enemy.but then I guess if they were honest no one would pay that much for a grow light. atleast the companies that make cheap grow lights like the viparspectra or meizhi are a little more honest with the data they put out.fortunately their are a growing number of reports and reviews like this thread to warn uninformed customers.

I used the meizhi for flower actually did a really good job . but in veg I honestly love it better then metal halide zero heat. Used to put a 1000 watt hortiux now only burning about 350 watts better results
