more than likely... ex CIA ... they used the purchase of legal growing supplies to do a search.
they wanted to search any excuse.

But it might be a reuse to find evidence of something more damning...................why are they both EX-CIA? There could be a back story there.

maybe if we had background checks for search warrants? If it will work for guns to make sure criminals can't get them then it certainly will work so they only get warrants to search criminals, right?
