Programs like this help to humanize prisoners. Unfortunately, they are rare, few and far between. The prisons I was in were basically training grounds for future violent criminals. No programs like this.

Does anyone remember what happened to the kitten in the book 'Damage done'. They had a kitten in the Thai prison. (hope I'm not confusing this book for 'the beach'.
