Know what's "illegal"

Alright, found a nice link that you just click on your state to find out local state laws about possession, cultivation, selling, the works. Should be current. I live in Kansas, and our laws suck the most ... and it says so

Lol, once I graduate ... I dont really plan on staying in the country, let alone the state ... too many prudes my friend. Sucks when you realize that your majors are going to make you a 3rd year senior ...

I wonder which they are more likely to hit you with ... state, or federal? I would assume they shoot for the worse-penalty they can get. Not too knowledgeable when it comes to the legal process, but they can't try you for both now can they Recently kansas passed a law pertaining to district courts trying possession cases instead of state courts ... which means if students get caught they can still keep federal loans for school.
