The term "kush" lacks precision, but its used mostly to refer to indicas or indica-heavy hybrids. And yeah, some of the "kushes" are more sativa-"heavy" than others.

Some of these are done in 8 weeks, some can take up to 11.

Kush's are generally sativa dominant, OG i'm pretty sure has a 65/35 split ration leaning towards sativa.

Most of the ones Ive seen numbers on seem to be 60/40 sativa leaning. But if I understand correctly, a lot will depend on how ripe you pick your buds for a specific buzz.

I was going by the 'stats' that are posted at Attitude (or was it Herbies?)

I've been buying herb for well over thirty years and never thought to ask what strain it was, aside from being sativa, indica, a hybrid, skunk, Mexican bagweed, or some of the old strains like panama red, or Maui waui...

Of course the interweb has changed all that.

Kush is pure indica. Afghan, paki, Hindu. All from the Mid East. Short, stout, big ass fan leaves. Stoned to the bone couch lock, with no stretch.

i don't even know why people are talking about og kush here. Og kush is not a kush. It's just a coined name. It might have a little down in the gene pool but no. Just like loud, dank, chronic, kush is basically added to make it sound cool. Og is a saliva dominant, hybrid. Lanky, stretchy, tall. In fact, the opposit if a real kush.

You get real kush, don't look for sativa qualities because you will find none.

Wrong... Og is not even kush. It's just a name given by people who don't know what their talking about.

lot of bull shit on the subject. Wrong again. You can not make a kush a sativa by harvesting it sooner or later.
