LABS help

Just wonderin if anyone can give me the run down or maybe a few links to what the f#%k is labs. It's the next thing I want to look into and learn how it works and what it is. Just a basic run down and maybe a link or 2 would be great! Google doesn't always work well if you don't know what to type in!

I just made some. It came out great. It’s super easy to do, good brother.

Labs, or Lactic Acid Bacteria, also know as Lacto Bacillus Serum, its essentially a milk / rice wash that ferments and then you isolate the lactic acid / bacteria.
