Lack of sunlight or not planted deep enough?

i planted this little girl *knock on wood* 3 days ago and she's been growing on my window sill with the windows open. i found her in a batch of sweet island skunk i had and i'm really hoping i can get her to grow to her full potential as its one of my favorite strains. here's how she's looking after 72 hours.

the only problem with her is that it looks like the stems a little too long or maybe its because of it being a sativa strain im not really sure as ive never grown before. she's been getting plenty of sun with the window open these past 3 days as it's been hot and in the 80s. i dont think that is the problem if there is one. the problem would probably be the fact that i didnt plant her deep enough. after planting and watering her, i came home a couple hours later that day to find her laying at the top of the soil. i carefully made a hole and replanted her but it may not have been deep enough now that i think about it. what do you guys think?

Just get creative and stop worrying. They are hardy, just try to give it more light. I took a picture for you.

wait til transplant time, for me it is between weeks 2 and 3
then plant deeper in pot up to first leaves is ok al stem under dirt level will grow roots
put a fan on it to strenthen the stem
and get more light on it best for this stage is a flouresent bulb

one way to avoid this in the future is start in a cup 1/2 to 3/4 full with dirt and add dirt as seedling grows

good luck
