lady bugs

Recently ladybugs have moved into my grow room cause its warm inside and cold out. So what im wondering is if there are no insects for the ladybugs to eat will they start eating my plants?

ladybugs eat smaller insects than themselfs, which is good if you got spider mite or aphids or w/e pest, i dont think they eat plants, so u should be ok

people keep lady bugs around their plants even before they know if they have any bugs, so id imagine they dont hurt them.
Also, if u have lady bugs in ur grow room , possibly they are there for a reason and are eating the bugs you may have had and didnt know of.
