In week 4 of flowering, I kinda got to stop, so I’m thinking ladybugs or lacewings, the question is...what do u do when it’s time to harvest considering eggs and larvae will be on the plants?

Aphids are easy to get rid of. Just spray them off with water. You don't need insecticides or predatory bugs.
