Ladybugs

Yes and they fly right into the lights and commit suicide and you will be sweeping up 90% their corpses the next day. Dont waste your money imo. Best thing to do if your plants are in flower and cant be sprayed with any pesticides....power spray them. Let them dry out really well

I had a few ladybugs in a tent some years ago...they seemed to enjoy it, although there wasn't anything there to eat. They left after a weekend stay. Hunger is my guess.

They work great ,I guess Diabolical bought ''suicide lady bugs''. If you have mites they will feast on them and their eggs.
they won't commit to self destruction they will be too busy eating. I got lady bugs to do upkeep in my grow,if they leave or die then that means you are rid of mites......

Where did you get yours?

I use them all the time. They stay as long as there is food to be found. Never had a problem with suicide. I put a 100 or so in at the end of veg and the 2-300 last two weeks of flower. Just as a preventative measure. They eat thrips aphids and anything smaller then them.

There are better options for biological control other than ladybugs. If ur trying to control or keep out aphid infestations use aphidious or one of the other parisitiods.

Lady bugs dont really do the eating its the larva. all the ladybugs do is get it on and lay eggs they might eat a little but the larva do all the damage on the pests. upload_2014-7-16_0-57-20.jpegThere are about 500 diferent kinds and some look like the good guys but are invasive so watch out. and only buy them from a company that has inspected them for parasites. On that note I tried some but my co2 killed them in 2 days
