I am wondering if anyone knows of or is a grower/farmer/dispensery provider that is truly "legal." So legal that if the state or local authorities came in with search warrants that they would walk away and make no charges or arrest anyone.
If so what would this look like in terms of having proper documentation.
I am referring to a grow in the range of about 200+ plants as an idea.
Also, do you think there would be any interest in by any "legal" party, if it exist, to lease an industrial space built out and ready to plant?
Any facts, information, suggestion or opinions welcome.
