large scale cloning method 75+

right guys,

just a quick one im sure some one could fire a link at...

im wanting to find a way of producing clones, 75 or so at a time, and ive looked all over for sites explaining methods...

ive seen bubble clones which i do like the idea of but they are usually for scales of upto 20 or so and i really dont want to have 5 different tubs lying around with wires and pipes trailing all over.

sooo, does any one know of a high output method, easy to do and with a high success rate?!

ive done it in soil before with a plastic coover and a heat mat underneath but i killed loads when i tried to seperate the roots. although all of them did grow roots, maybe 25% were destroyed.

Rockwool cubes and a humidity dome with a cfl above.
for outdoor cloning we built a mini greenhouse with about 6 inches of grass clippings on the bottom to provide heat to the soil. got about 60% success in 2 weeks.
we cloned in red beer cups back them.
seriously though rockwool clones are much easier. and with an easy-cloning strain we had roots in 5 days on 25%. after 10 days we had about 90% rooted and culled the rest. also No.1 rooting gel helps alot.

I do mine aeroponically in 18 gallon rubberneck roughneck containers. You can easily cut 20 holes for 2" netpots in the top of one. You would still need 4 if you are doing 75 clones but it works for me.

outdoors is no good unfortunately. two reasons, my dog would eat the lot! and its very cold pretty much all the time.

i just use an igloo cooler and plastic wrap an a florescent bulb , i don't like the dome seems like to much air comes in, plus with a good cooler no heat mat is required... good luck-good growing !

aero cloners, same idea as bubble, but you use misters with a pump instead or air bubbles. They can pretty much scale to any size you want, just a matter of enough misters, and a big enough pump
