Late Clones???

At what point during a Cannabis plants life cycle does it become futile to attempt taking cuttings from the the mum plant? Is it at all possible to get a healthy clone once the plants have been weeks into the flowering period? I'd really like to create some clones from a killer mother plant, but it's roughly in it's 9th week of flowering, maybe more. Can someone please tell me whether or not this shit is possible???

I am sure it is possible, but that is way too late...
Even if you would have taken them after determining
sex (2-3 weeks into flower), they will come out small
and stunted. I am currently flowering some of these
runt clones...If you want to check them out links down
there.

I agree, way too late. You would have to cut at a node where it is flowering and I am not sure that would conitnue to grow and flower for you. Or even if it would root.

I have successfully rooted some cuttings from plants that had been in flower for about 6 weeks. It was hard on them, and in the end I tossed them due to there lack in vigor. It is just to much stress on them.

clip your buds off at harvest, put back under 24 hours of light and re-veg for 3-4 weeks then you can take cuttings. It is really time consuming and better off starting from seed and taking a few cuttings before flowering next time.
