latest afghani harvest

I just harvested my last two afghani plants (one was harvested a couple of weeks back after trichs were 70% cloudy with no amber - it was an experiment). I used FF ocean floor soil, grow big, and big bloom. For lights, I had 12 CFL's of varying watts (i'm permanently moving to HPS - just ordered it). The buds are NOT dense, due to the CFL's, but otherwise, all went well. Whaddaya think?

The smoke is really fruity but the high is total couchlock stoned. My buddy just harvested some nice white widow and we had a duel between our buds. Almost everyone preferred the flavor and smoke of his buds, but they all liked the high of mine!

You will see such a big difference with the HPS.

Funny, I grew some bag seed a few years ago under regular shop/garage lights from start to finish. Airy buds, didnt have the best smell but it got you pretty wasted....LOL

I still use those flouros for veg alot too

thanks for the comments. i'm really looking forward to starting another grow under the HPS (400W). I need to order more seeds, which is the hardest part. with so many strains out there, it's hard to decide what to grow. i'm levitating towards a Kush. either that or i'll pick the seeds with the coolest name. i usually order through Amsterdam, so i'll stick with them.

Cool beans! Congrats on the grow. I've got WW about to go into flower and a batch of Hindu Kush seeds (Nirvana) but I'm going to do some WW clones first.
