The Post Office is a federal agency and any part of the marijuana plant is illegal under federal law. BUT, some companies offer "stealth" shipping and I highly recommend that. Chances are slim that you'd have a problem and even if they do check your package all they will do is take the seeds and send you a letter that they have your contraband.
My wife's into making jewelry and loved the little beads Herbie's sent in their stealth shipping as camo. I bought ten seeds, got another seven freebies, gift to keep the non-smoking wife content, and had them in a week. Order!

You do realize anyone, including LEO, can go on a seedbanks website, place an order, and find out their stealth shipping methods?
Atleast they have to spend some money to do that. Generally it is taboo to mention stealth methods. I would love the irony of your next order getting confiscated.

ya but atleast if you don't tell them they will have too waste their time and money to see how they ship seeds. but they don't really have time for that customs has bigger shit to worry about with coke, heroin, mdma, etc., etc. people still try smuggling hard drugs through customs.

No its not legal technically to bring them into the country, but if it makes it past customs ( which it usually does) you'll get it with no problems.
