Leaf curl/twist and spots

What could this be? Leaf curling on the edges and the leaves twisting overall, also some kind of spot

In roots organics lush, could this be root problems? I’m currently waiting for them to dry out, I feel I may have overwatered. These things don’t wanna dry though, they’re taking forever to droop

Is that from you observing the hygrometers or do you have data points on that? High vpd can cause some issues with leaf twisting and curling. By allowing the humidity to go lower, you are raising the vpd. Not sure if that is it or not, but you want to keep vpd in the optimal range.
 
Observing hygrometers at canopy level, and also on the floor at root level. I’ve also taken readings with an IR gun and leaf temps are usually 1-2 degrees F below room temp. @BlandMeow
 
I use this page for a resource and I have readings over a 24 hour period to know night vs day vpd.

Like I said, not sure if that could be part of the issue. Why do you have the light that far away and dimmed? At this age of growth I would think you could turn that up some.
 
Just let them be.
There's nothing noticeably wrong. They look fine.
Leaves twist. Then they untwist. Plants don't grow perfectly every time. Same for the "spot". It's nothing.
You start chasing the cause for twisting leaves you're gonna cause a problem when you currently have none.
Agree with BlandMeow, you can up the light. 20% at 48" is for seedlings and tiny plants.

The lights were at 50% at 36”, the curling of the leaves was worse (I’ll attach a pic) …so I raised and dimmed to where it is now and it all got much better but not completely

The growth is soooo slow

They also could just be starting to come out of it regardless of light.
Whatever you decide is up to you but one of the benefits of a dimmable LED is the ability to keep the lights close.
I do not see anything alarming with your grow. They’ll be fine if not already getting ready to bust out.
Don’t mess with it too much.
