Leaf curl

My leaves are curling upwards on one of my girls.. Ive read on here and other sites that this is usually cause by heat stress.. So I am now even more confused.
My Light is an LED it gives of almost no heat and its only a 96w light (Mars Hydro48 96w)
I recently added an extra inch in distance from the canopy
& my room has went from being a normal temp of around 79°-83° down to about 73°-75° sometimes it gets to about 77 buy I turn my mister up higher and fan up and it goes down rarely quickly.. I just transplanted not to long ago and have only watered once.. Never feed nutes yet but the soils is a mix between FFOF Happy Frog and an Organics mixed with a high porosity mycorrhzea. The leaves of my Bilbo strain weren't doing this a few hours ago so its just recently started this on guessing..

but the soils is a mix between FFOF
say it isnt so.....>:(

without a pic my guess is your plants are being over fed by the ffof,
stick with happy frog for a swell veg with less issue

Is this maybe because they need water.?.?
Or maybe asking for more nutrients.?.?..
If they were looking good at almost 10 degrees higher in temp and their isn't a light heat problem humidity is in the 50's then I am not sure what else is the problem

some strains eat more than others, but your pic looks good to me.
tighten up your controls and enjoy the grow

maybe a root finally reached that hot soil ffof just now, and said
"ouch!!
that shit burns, why do you all even bother in veg"?

take it up with the person that told you ffof was what you need in veg, thats what I'd do

it is, and it can, but its hot. some plants dont mind, some people amend the ff, but the growers that
use it in this forum for their first grow seem to have many issues, often very similar to yours. HF wont dissappoint
until mine are around 12 inches, then they need some more love. I topped using it a couple years ago though. I stick with promix and use botanicare/organicare crumbles/products for a huge win every time, organic style
you could let the soil dry , so it pops out of the container like a plug, and transplant into HF only, leave the soil on the plug/roots alone.
