leaf curling cupping NEED HELP

first time grow with coco everything going great/perfect great colour then all of a sudden went like this no yellowing no where else ,usin dutch mast adv +cmx cal mag ,room temp maybe a little warm best i can get without aircon between 28/30 cel,any advice.

"taco-ing" is from heat..raise your lamp..should be 18-24 inches above..place the back of your hand near canopy and leave it..all day..if you can't neither can your plants..if it's just from heat in the room in general then it is what it is unless you lower room temp..FYI..your plants will still produce awesome bud.

Definitely heat stress.
