Leaf deformation, pics inside, help please

Hello,

I have a pot plant maybe ~3 weeks/1 month old, i was wondering if someone could help me figure out whats wrong with the leafs and maybe if you could help me determine if its female/male, my first plant by the way, done a fair amount of research.

Attached are 4 pics,

1 of the stem to help with sexing
1 of bottom leafs, which have the deformation in the leaf
1 of new leaf growing in deformed
1 close up of new leaf growing in deformed

No nutrients have been used yet.

CFL bulbs x3 46w equiv

relax, it aint a mutant, nothing special or odd. add some food, better lighting and bigger pots

Thanks im going to the Hydro store to get Nutes tomorrow however the pot is a 3.5 gal potting bucket should suffice..

It's a normal plant.. still to young to sex... they usually show sex at the sixth node and above... you will need better lights for flowering...
