Even through the blurple i recognize this....you say losing leaves from the bottom up?

Before your start chasing yourself around in circles looking for pH problems and nutrient problems and flushing and on and on... I'll ask one question:
Do your girls have a source of fresh air coming in?

I'm going to guess that you don't. I'm also going to guess is that you've seen signs of this a long while ago and it has been getting worse ever since. Snowballing.

The plant is eating itself looking for CO2. I can show you pictures of what happens in the advanced stages of this.

My tent does have a intake fan blowing air it it was coming from my floor AC vent to keep tent cool. Till it got cold enough to put it in the window now I have air coming from outside just started doing that yesterday

Not sure I understand your setup .

How do you exhaust the heat from the tent and where does that air go?

If The exhaust air from your tent goes into the same room that your tent is in then this is what happens.

The hot tent exhaust air needs to go outside. That exhaust air is rich in oxygen and depleted of co2 which will choke out your plants.

Here's another pic of how it seems to start
That looks exactly like a calcium issue caused by a ph problen in ur soil either from low levels of lime or overfert causing lockout...check ur runnoff ph and ppm to help identify the issue

OK when I get home I'll check the run off because I would it with with ph Balanced water since they were seedlings. My set up is like I had fresh air coming from my floor vent controlled by an AC unit of my crib And the exhaust going through the filter is just blowing in the Room. Now that it's cool outside and I can't run the house AC got the fresh air coming from a cracked window

The funny thing is I have 4 other plants and none of them are showing signs like that its happening very quickly on that plant so it's got me kind of wary
