Leaf drop in one night

I am new in this forum so nice to meet you

So its the first time I grow indoors and generally I grow and this happened.
Last night I watered my plants and the morning they were just like this.

What happened and are they going to recover?

Have you got holes at the bottom of your pots? And did you recently transplant them into that big pot?
If not then you need holes asap because the water is trapped and you plants are drowning.
The second If so when I transplant my lady's into bigger pots first week or so they look extra droopy when waterd I think it's because of too much soil not sure but bounce back in a few days.
But allways wait for the pros to answer you because Im still a student my self...

Oh you might need to get into detail what soil and what water ph and what not it will get you more accurate answers from the OG'S lol

Those plastic pots you're using usually have a water bowl attachment at the bottom. These often prevent water from being able to drain out of the bottom. Pop those off and only water every few days and you should be fine.

I have holes and i dont have a bowl down...I should just wait without watering?

Plants get droopy when the lights have been off but if you water them right before the light is turned off then they might be extra droopy.

They look like they have a def of some kind and they look like there in constant wet soil or soil that's not draining well at all .......IMO And yes some plants droop/ sleep at night but perk up at first light immediately That drooping is not just dark period droop it's something else too much moisture IMO

What type soil and nutes are you using

Yes, those plants definitely have a nutrient deficiency. I'm on a small tablet and couldn't really tell at first. What kind of nutes are you using and how often?

So sorry...I can hear the plant talking and saying...repot me in 50%perlite and some new potting soil...and put a t5 light on me too or a 250w hps will do

Looks like over watering or lack of drainage. How often you watering? What kind of water? And how much at each time?

I'm a soil grower also indoor and outdoor I've actually tried several different brands of nutes but I'm currently using the ff line of nutes I've always had good success with them and with my outdoor gardens spread in different peices of property I own there easy for me to use as I'm super familiar with them already .......how much and what I use depends on what growth stage and phase my plants are in
