Leaf problem question

I'll have to eliminate PH first.

Will one of these $12.00 aquarium test pens work? Can anyone recommend a PH meter, please.

10 days is my bottled limit. Not saying that’s your problem. But that’s inviting nasties into your area and grow medium

Also it looks like you could use more light! If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
Thanks!

The veg light is now a Sun System LEC 315 Watt 3100K. This plant is supposed to be a mother plant but it's growing too fast already. How do you keep mother plants small?

Wanna get rid of spider mites? Super simple. Buy Horticultural oil. Mix 120ml to 3L of water. Spray the shit out the plant top leaf bottom leaf stem pot floor wall everything. It dries quick. Come back again like 3hrs later. Spray again. Everyday after that light spray the plan for 1 week and you will never have it again.

The other issues you need to rectify. Get a proper pH pen. When you buy one calibrate it right away before you use it. It's easy.

The next thing you need to do since you city water ( I do too) is to buy a airstone, air pump and hose. You will airate the water. Never let water sit still for too long it's bad.

As for your plant issue just needs some cal-mag. Also stop "winging it" your girls and your buds will turn to shit no joke.

Good temperature swings?

I have the plants in a tent in a basement. There are two 1000W lights in the tent.

During lights on the temp reaches highs of around 80F w/RH between 35-40%.
During lights off the temp falls to 69F with a RH spike to 46% declining through the the first three hours back to 35-40%.

There is a dehumidifier in this basement but I can't seem to get RH much lower.

Is the eleven degree temp swing OK? Comments on the humidity?

When you say 1000w light like a HPS or LED? It should be fine. Your RH depends what stage of growth you are in. You leaving a lot of info out.

HPS, sorry. There are two 1000W HPS lights in the tent. There are 6 plants that started flowering yesterday. There are six others on the other side of the tent, they turned 8 weeks this past Saturday. I ran into a couple of obstacles about a month and a half ago.

That's way too hot for your tent. Do you have active cooling? Your plants look hella sad and it looks like they burning to death

Hi, no, I don't have any cooling but it is winter here. 29F outside right now. If I open a basement window I can drop the temp significantly, but the entire house will be cold.

What's a good high-temp to try for? I can turn up the exhaust fan.

I have two 1000W HPS lights in the tent. I couldn't get temps below 78F.

Even though this goes against recommended practices of a 5'x5' footprint for a 1000W HPS, I'll turn off one of the lights to keep the tent cooler. Thanks!

I have stabilized the temp at 75F. One HPS is @ 1000W while the other is turned down to 500W. The plants look happy!
