Leaf tips are burning please help me

It's just a week old the dirt it's in doesn't have added nutrients in it and I have not feed it anything just plane water is it because of heat??? The plant beside this one isn't doing it but it's in different dirt

I wouldnt worry much. Onyl water when an inch of soil on top is dry
