Leafs curling up & twisting

WIth out co2 I would keep them below 80 if possible for better conditions. What type of light are u useing? t-5 keep 15-18" above. HID move them up a few inches see if that helps.

I'm using a 400wat cov MH, its 22 inch a way. will they adapt to the heat if i cant get it under 80.

Not adapt but LOVE. Plants with no co2 (extra) prefer 74. Humidity 55-60. Try making some home made co2.
Use a milk gallon container and fill it half way up add 2 cups sugar and 2 tbls of yeast. Never leave cap on.
Ok so I would check temps, I would check how close lights are, I would check my p.h. in water. Ph best at 6.5 (not hydro). Lights I would move them up 2-3" and see if that helps.
If ph is off that could be one or all problems. Move lights and wait 4-6 days see how that goes.
Yeast is in baking isle, comes in 1tbls packages.

I lowered the ph 3 days ago from 7 to 6.5 thats when the prob started but i also put'm under the MH from florescence. I would check my p.h. in water. Ph best at 6.5 (not hydro). please explain? I was told that 6.5 for hydro.
