*lease help, Simple question

My plants are about 3 weeks old. I am noticing some of the tips of the biggest leaves are geting blackened to an exent. Should I be worried ny his discoloration, if so what should i do?

how bad is it? take pictures and someone will tell u exactly whats what with it
