6th week of flowering cycle

Ive had problems with this plant since the beginning, i accidently stressed the fuck out of my babies during the 3rd week of veg. and this one is the only one out of 5 that showed problems. As the leaves grew, they were all stuck together and wilting. It looked like it would turn out male, or at best a hermie. After deciding to keep it i kept a careful eye and i managed to produce a female plant out of it. However the leaves are starting to turn a really light green and some are yellow. My question is, could it be yeilding a totally different smelling, and looking bud then the other 4. Or could it be because if the stress i put it through when it was a baby. Please look at the attached pics and give any information you can. ive never seen anything like this..
