Leaves Aren't Forming/Seeds Aren't Sprouting

Hey everybody, whats goin on? This is my first post as well as my first time groein me the good stuff, anyway, Ive got a bit of what I think to be a problem. I planted around eight seeds about five or six days ago. I did everyhting right, I had been reading up alot before I planted, in fact, visiting this forum quite often. Well, the problem is, only one of my plants has sprouted, and it sprouted the day after I planted it, but none of the other ones have come up. Additionally, the sprout has shot up to be a good few inches tall, but all is has is those two green regular leaves. Its had two little pre-leaves for about three days now, but they still havent grown. Can you help me out a bit?

You need to WAIT. These things take time. If the others haven't sprouted yet then just be sure everything is moist enough. They may have been poor seeds to start with.

light is too far away and that is making it stretch also did you germinate the other seeds before planting ?

Aye man, I got it settin in a pot in the middle of a sunny field. Nah, didnt germinate, just planted them. And everything is pretty moist.

It can take a while, just wait and see.

theyre gonna take longer to sprout since u didnt germinate

Thanks for the help. I was just a little confused after that first seed sprouted so fast.

Right on.......plus not all seeds grow........But always germinate...that way you can weed (excuse pun) out the weeklings....Plant at about 3/4 - 1" and your off to the races.
