Leaves cupping downward: + rep for any help!

As the title says a few of my leaves are cupping kind of bad. My plants are under t5 high output lights and a few cfls. Most of the cupping came from around 1 particular cfl and I thought maybe it was heat so I moved it upward. The soil is a mix of fox farms and horse maneur along with some leaf litter. I just watered yesterday pretty heavy because I had an underwatering problem with droopy leaves. The droopiness went away about 15 minutes after I watered and all was fine. Today, I have a few leaves cupping on me. Hope that info helps here are a few pics, as title says + rep for any help please.

You may have soaked the plants too much to fix the underwatering issue. The soil combination you're using may not drain well enough. Overwatering can sometimes be helped by poking holes in the soil with something like a coathanger or Ph meter probe and pointing a fan to blow down towards the soil.
 
Kruzty is correct as well about the look of the plant but I doubt it's what's causing the leaf curl. Once that's taken care of, move on to supplying some extra P and maybe less N as he suggested. Make sure to check the soil Ph, manure is acidic.
 
Thanks guys appreciate it So I just over corrected the underwatering? Because trust me it had underwatering the leaves were droopy and the soil separated from edge of pot stupid mistake by me but so will it fix itself as long as I don't eater? Also I think itsthe horse maneur that is providing all the N. I haven't fertilized it but once or twice
 
Anyone else know those select few leaves are still the same.... Haven't done anything to the plant will it be able to go 2-3 more weeks like this? It's only about 5-6 leaves
 
Sometimes I get fan leafs that are under the canopy (that get no light) that start to cup down a little. Only happens to very few, I always thought it was lack of light. All my fans that are receiving light are standing up and look great.

That Horse manure is prob to much N and hard to know how much N it is absorbing in to your roots every time you water I recommend flushing with Epsom salt and checking run off too. I know of people using Horse man. outdoors but thats a diff. story when you have the most powerful light.

Yea I use it outdoors and I've never had problems with it. This is the first time I mixed it into my fox farms, and I figured it would work well indoors too. Guess not lol but the buds seem to be forming alright and only a few leaves have done it all the others are healthy. Thanks for tips I'll do the epsom salt thing.
