No let her mature out.
It's good your plant is using all the chlorophyll from the leaves and producing energy for the plant..
Also some might argue that it's good cause you wont have a certain taste in the plant if left to yellow up the last 1-2 weeks.
Other will also argue to keep plant fully green 'til harvest.. It's personal preference.. & if their is any difference, that it's minuscule.

N.O.B. is quite correct...Your bud is great!
Let her run out. Be sure you use a some sort of scope to harvest at the peak as it looks WAY to nice to spoil by early harvesting. I find that many breeds like to run a week or so past the listed # of weeks to harvest for the best overall result.

Good job!

Dry in an area that is 65-75 deg F, has no light and is between 45 - 55 % humidity.

Dry till the "stem" breaks and not bends, (5-7 days) it does not have to break completely in half, , Just break and not bend. At that point you place the buds in quart (or larger) mason jars and crack them open for a few minutes (5-10) every day for around 2 weeks and viola, your done!

Now enjoy!!!
