I'm growing in coco myself at the moment and i've got this covered for you.
The downwards droop is caused by overwatering, the closed up taco leaves are caused by a Magnesium deficiency (and possibly heat stress due to the 1000 watter) and the spots on the serrated edges of your leaves are a Calcium deficiency. Look at the big taco leaf in the middle/right of the second picture,I can see the brown spots from here.
You have these problems because coco is inert and if you use filtered/RO water aswell then you will see it faster, when growing in coco you need to add the Calcium and Magnesium that is normally present in soil/water yourself.
You need to get hold of some liquid Cal-Mag or add Epsom salts (Magnesium Sulphate) to your water for the Mg and some Calcium Nitrate for the Cal.
Both can be bought on Ebay.
