!PLEASE HELP THIS NOVICE GROWER!
OK well this is my first post and first time on this truly inspirational website and i am in need of some help.....
I recently planted some seeds and one germinated. I then put the dirt in some soil with a bright cfl as my light source. i also bought a 24hour timer to turn the light on and off.
the light in on for 18 and off for 6 (standard veg process)
As my plant grew bigger the first two leaves(the biggist leaves in the pics) that grew started to curl up at the edges. The case does not get hot and the plant sits about an inch and a half away from the light.
i have used very little nutes at half the recommended strength and only watered it twice with the solution, the rest of the watering has been with normal water.
there is also a fan blowing on the plant to circulate the air....and yes it is a small growing case that i am using but i am hoping to up size when that plant gets bigger and install more cfl's.
HPS or MH is out of the question for my situation at the moment ....and i am aware that the are the best option for growing.
i also don't know the PH of the soil.
What is the problem?
heat?
nutes?
nothing......?
to much water?
not enouth water?
