What are your temps? Leaf edges curling upwards can be a sign of heat stress, but we'd need a lot more info about your setup to give you a more solid diagnosis.

Sounds like you've definitely got a heat problem. If your temps are 85°F near the floor, they are going to be even higher near the tops of your plants. Mid 70's would be ideal. Running a 400w in a small space like that is okay, but you may need better ventilation. How many CFM are you moving with your current exhaust fan?

im running 187 M3/F ive raised the lights a bit and that seems to have sorted the heat issue but im not sure how long that will cure it for and if it will have a noticeable affect on the plants

need pics to make sure its not a nute issue.

hi guys these pics are they best i could get im afraid....how would i have a nute issue if im only misting the tops of the plants with a weak solution of bat guano and feeding them just water? and the soil im using is supposed to have enough nutes for the first six weeks of growth?

just a little update guys i spent all afternoon in the tent and basically i raised the light to the top of the tent about a metre away from the top of the plants installed another circulation fan its blowing at the same level as the light to cool it down and then placed my other circulation fan just above the top of the plants they are both running all the time...im just misting with plain water now and ive managed to get the temp down to 76.9 F and the temp at 58% with the help of a tray of iced water in the bottom of the tent.....should this help to stabilize the plants now
