leaves drooping

I’ve been watering about 325ml every 4 days in a 1.72gal pot, temperature is stable at 77F and humidity between 60 and 70. The plant is 4 weeks old.

Needs much more water. Looks like a desert.

Thanks, I got caught up in an overwatering problem early grow and I think I went a bit too drastic with it haha

I'd completely soak that medium. Let it drain and she should perk up. What ya feeding her?

She’s planted in gaia green primal earth, so I haven’t fed her anything yet

Perfect. Now you need to get that medium nice and moist. They look really happy, just thirsty.

Over watering is usually a matter of frequency, not volume. I'd recommend watering very slowly until you see some runoff, that way the medium will be fully saturated. When it is saturated, pick it up to gauge the weight. Do that fairly often. Eventually you'll get a feel for when it's had enough of a dry back that it's lost a significant amount of water weight.

Exactly what he said Basic watering technique. Can't go wrong with weight. Soon you will see the need for moisture in the plant. Pick up the pot...yep needs water. If her leaves aren't reaching for the lamps..somethings up.

I've never used your specific medium, but by the time any soil I've used has gotten dry enough that the plants go limp, the soil is usually fairly hydrophobic. If you water too quickly, it'll run through without actually saturating very much. So I recommend taking your sweet time adding water.

Only thing I'd add is water the pot, not the plant. Roots won't spread where there is no moisture.

Thanks a lot everyone for the great tips, just watered very slowly with 500ml so the medium is wet all the way through. I think I’ll also top dress a bit of 444 next watering so it starts to breakdown before the soil gets too depleted.
