Leaves of seedling opening up sideways PLEASE HELP

So I have a seedling 3 days old,this morning I checked on her and she had popped out of the ground seed still attached so I got some tweezers and took it off but the leaves are facing sideways opening up please help! Also the stem is a purple color but looks to be turning green possibly. it’s been in the high 60s-70s outside with some decent sun (not usually cloudy) making it pretty warm for them I would say

It's fine they do it all the time
As it pushes off that husk it strengthens the stem

Also around this stage how often would you suggest I should be watering
