Leaves r getting yellow... Help!!!

Hi to us all guys. First of all loads of respect for u growers and this forum.. It really helped me a lot by reading up how to start my own grow.
Now I started my very first grow and there is the first problem. My leaves r getting yellow. I think it's a ph problem but not totally sure. Why? My first 2 weeks I didn't had
My ph meter yet and used just normal tap water (ph 7.7)
I'm growing in canna so that's far too high.. Yesterday I watered them at a ph of 5.8.. 15 liter each by thinking the ph of my run off would drop a bit but this went from 6.6 to 6.5.. So I think it's still to high to be good..
I haven't used any nutrients yet so that can't be a problem either.. Temp is between 20 and 30 Celsius and humidity between 40 and 60...
Somebody there with some help and advice please? Can I save my babies or do I have to restart??

Yes it's from seed.. 20 days by now and I really thought it would go a bit faster lol
i just found that it would be a nitrogen deficiency.. So I have to find a way to get extra nitrogen in..
I think I'll go to the shop tomorrow and get a root stimulator or something to help it.. I only have canna a + b, or could I just start using canna a+b right now? Haven't used any nutrients at all till now..

200 watt dual cfl light
ive got only 2plants.. Once they r getting bigger I would change it for a 300 or 400 watt cfl.

Your seedling looks fine...a little behind in the growth dept though. I too have been having some issues with slow-growth with my seedlings, and I think the cooler temps in my veg cab (68-72 degrees) may be the culprit.

I've grown dozens of plants and this is the first time I've had issues with seedlings.

What about the yellow leaves tho? That pic was from yesterday and I think by tomorrow it will be even more yellow? Should I start using my canna a + b? Or do I wait a bit longer??

With seedlings take the humidity as high as you can.
There's no such thing as 'humidity too high' with seedlings or clone cuttings that you're rooting.

If you do start using CANNA A&B only use a TINY amount
and, if possible, check the EC.
At this stage of growth NUTE BURN is something to really avoid.

IS IT ONLY THE COTELYDON LEAVES TURNING YELLOW?
Is it a natural part of growth?
They are part of the seed and may be natures way of sending the baby plant out into the world with a 'packed lunch'?

ROOT STIMULATOR
I use CANNA RHIZOTONIC
Expensive but recommended by a few experienced growers.
I also use
CANNA AQUA VEGA A & B (I don't change to FLORES A & B because of its weird N-P-K ratio) and
CANNAZYM.

STUNTED GROWTH
There is no sign of any burn or deficiency, on anything other than the cotelydons....(?)
Maybe the temps have dropped low enough to shock the baby roots???

So this one likes to improve.. The yellow leaves r dead and the pair above it don't look good but the top leaves improved from yesterday... Now just the second plant.. The second plant doesn't looks like it is growing anymore for days.. I will just give it the same treatment and hope it improves too...

That's the second plant that hasn't moved for a couple of days.. Hope it will start growing a bit using canna a+b if not then probably restart 1... Any suggestions what to do extra with it??
also the biggest leaves r starting to get yellow at the ends... :( really hope my baby doesn't die!

You wont see much growth until the roots make it to the side of the pot. Next time start it in a solo cup for faster growth.

IT'S ALL GOOD!
Listen to DR SKUNK BUD (above) and, next time, transfer to a smaller pot so that the above soil growth can start earlier.
All it's resources are being put into growing the roots.

This is one of those times when DOING NOTHING is by far the best plan.
If you start trying different things you could overfeed or something.
Put simply:
"If it's not broken, don't try to fix it".

Those seedlings are not broken.

Time is all they require.
