leaves slightly twisting

here is my baby, shes a little over a week old. as you can see her leaves are kind of twisting. Does this look normal?

i water her with normal 6.5ph tap water,
ocean forest soil,
and she's under 4x23watt CFLs on a 24/0 light schedule.

could be the positioning of the light. Your plant looks healthy or possible overwatering, but your soil looks good so i would say its just the way the plants growing or the light... if the plant gets worse please post more pictures also wait back to hear from a few experts... im just a slightly experienced grower, and that would be my guess.

Looks pretty good but what are your temps?

I'd say it has to do with a heat issue.

my box doesnt get much warmer than 80f I had them about 4 inches away from the lights, then i moved them down a bit farther away.
