Leaves still burning

your leaves will never go back to normal once nute burn occurs. Look for new growth to tell if you still have a nute problem.Its been 3 weeks since i last fertalized and flushed all my plants and the older leaves are still burning. I dont know what to do. Here is a pic, Thanks!
