Leaves tips are brown

If it has any nutrients in it, it may be a lil hot for them. If it does every time you water it feeds, one way to reduce that is by bottom watering. Instead of pouring water in, fill a pan with water then set pot in it and let it wick the water up from bottom.
Either way it doesn't look bad, I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets a lot worse.

It's the first time leaves tips turned brown and she's 8 week old, thank you for your help I hope it's nothing serious ^_^
 
leaf tips turn brown with deficiencies as well.. it doesn't automatically mean your plant has too much of something.

That's true, that's why unless you know exactly what it is. You have to go with the most common cause of symptom and go from there.
