leaves turning dark?? copper?

hey,
i planted a few top44 seeds from nirvanna about 10 days ago, plant is lookin a bit tall but not bad. i have had them uunder 2 cfl lights and have been feeding them tap water left out for a day or two. there are only 4 leaves so far but they are starting to darken and twist a bit. i read i may have a copper issue. how do i fix this with minimal supplies?

lol this is my first kick at this so not really sure what im doing. i have two mh lights and blue and white cfls with a metal hood and such. when is a good time to put the little girlies under the mh lights? are they too powerfull for now?

What kind of soil do you have it in?
I think if you changed to a better quality soil the problem should go away, but, the leaves that are damaged won't go back to normal.

I would wait for the MH lights, they may be too hot this early.

Yes, probably. try getting some at Lowe's or Home Depot. Not Miracle Grow, it always has Fungus Gnat's.
I use Expert Gardener and it works great, I just add some Pearlite in the mix.
