They are in Canna Coco, and i'm useing the nutes for canna coco. should i do a flush??Stop feeding them so much of whatever you are feeding them. Nute burn. The blanched tips of your youngest leaves are even showing nitrogen overdose. Now, what medium are they in and what are you feeding them?
I would. I wouldn't even bother reading runoff. I strongly suggest all pot growers to buy a good EC/PPM meter. Hanna makes very good ones that are cheap. Check their Primo models. Especially soilless or hydro growers. But I use mine even in soil grows. I would not start a grow without one now. Start your EC low and very gradually but regularly increase the EC.They are in Canna Coco, and i'm useing the nutes for canna coco. should i do a flush??
I did did a flush and will one more time at next watering then reduce the nutes on that plant. Its weird none of the other 2 show any signs od that,Check this FF feeding schedule. I don't use FF but would use this schedule in a heartbeat. USE THE EC READING and NOT the teaspoons per gallon. Also use RO water and screw anyone saying not to. Who cares if you have to add good calcium and magnesium because RO took it off. I use General Hydro Flora series and make my own cheap soils and my plants boogie. By gradually raising the EC/PPM it allows the plants EC - which they have! - to gradually rise to take in the rising EC you are providing. Too high an EC and the plants simply cannot utilize what they take in. Hence nute burn from an overdose. Gradually increasing it keeps that from ever happening. Or at least is the best bet to keep it from happening.
