Leaves with holes/cuts during budding w/pics

Leaves at the top of plant around buds have holes/cuts.
Strain is White Widow.
In a closed space, CFLs, walls painted white, using rain water with Schultz Bloom Builder Liquid Plant Food (5ml in 4L Rain Water.)
Checked leaves for bugs but not seeing anything.

Just want to see peoples opinions on this.

Yes you probably don't see it because its probably already died and moved on with its life

The area he wants us to focus on is not in focus as compared to the rest of his plant, though the framing is good

yeah bro it looks like a bug ate somethin. maybe set off a bug bomb like Doktor Doom or a pyrethrium fogger just to be safe. its safe for the plants. as a precaution i always clean my grow area and use one of these foggers before the plants even go in there. i want them fuckers dead!!! good luck!
