LED from timber.

Would two of these kits work well for growing sog over a 3x3 area? I want to replace a 600 watt. HID. http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-cree-cxb3590-4-cob-meanwell-hlg-kit-meanwell-hlg-power-supply/

IMO it would kill in a 3x3, and do better than a 600hps. arrange around a hole as the centre gets bleed from all sides. 1ft on centre

I use 315w cmh in a 3x3 area. I'm also looking to get some cob's too, to team up with the cmh. Seriously consider cmh/lec if you are using a 3x3 area. Plug and play, runs slightly hotter than a 250w hps. It's like 500w of hps yield wise, but you can make up the other 100w with better temps and humidity.

Cob's on their own would also be a great decision too.

For me, cmh and cob is the ultimate combination of indoor light for happy plants.

It would kill in a 3x3.. Plus you get Timber customer service...

Ha, Thanks. I was just wondering if it would do simmilar to a 600w hps. I have been waiting a long time for LED to be a viable option. I ordered a 225 kit for my veg area, and I will be ordering 4 of the 200 watt kits real soon here. If they work like I hope I'll be getting more. I have a bunch of lights I'd love to swap out if these work well. Thanks.
