LED Full Spectrum Light Question

Thanks to everyone who has helped me so far! Great forum, great people!

My grow tent is 2 foot by 4 foot (possibly 6 plants) and I'm trying to decide what wattage to go with on a full spectrum LED light. Which option do you think would be best:
1) 400 W
2) 600 W
3) 2 x 300 W

What do you consider full spectrum? To me it is white light, not multi color panels. Look at Tastyled.com. The owner is also a member. Easier to find him and more info in the Indoor section, subsection Leds and other lighting.
