LED's 2,600 lumens in a 3 foot by 2 foot space. ( and a CFL) the LEDs are all the same 5000k
could this work?
sorry, lighting confuses the hell outta me.

Wow rob333 not sure where you get your info from but it's wrong.

i yield more with led and a higher quality product with less watts.

the ONLY downside to led is its pricier in the beginning.

Get out of here with hps. He says he wants leds. Nothing is wrong with hps but if someone wants advice on something he deserves to be educated. Don't be bias. 20 years from now no one will be growing with hps.

and u no what happened hps blew each and every1 out of the water big time sad thing was is we used only 1 600w hps for flower 1 400 w mh for veg killed each and every led system by at least 3 -4 ounces so that why we do NOT stock any leds at all in our shop as they do NOT sell i have 2 led kits that are worth 500 that i am now selling for 150 so i think people not buying them says alot

the bud also from the leds was very spongy and light were the hps well what can i say perfect bud each and every time

so in the end i wont go near leds for about another 5 - 6 years till they have ther shit sorted

People aren't buying them at the value you think they're worth because they're dated and people can find better for the same money..

You've gotta sell technology stuff FAST and keep a low inventory.. Any fast improving technology is like playing a game of hot potato trying to sell. You get it? YOU SELL IT!!!!

Also, you only listed red and blue models, which nobody seems to use anymore. And did you try 730nm pulses at lights out? Have you considered that you and your hydro shop staff lack the knowledge to grow with leds?

I've been watching these led grows since people were using red street lights with epoxy lenses and have been watching the steady progression. LEDs are eclipsing HPS right now.

i brought them for 500 about 2 years ago they had a price tag of 410 then 3 months later 350 then we just droped the price of it to 150 its the budmaster one the mars hydro we now use as a basement light for our shop lol

So Rob. You think it is a good idea to run MH and HPS in a 2x3 area? If I was him I would run the best LED you can by at this time. If money is a issue a T-5 HO set up.
