LED Light/CFL's for seedlings

I have a 2x2 grow cabinet that is 3ft high. I'm about to germinate a couple of seeds using paper towels method. This will be my second grow with average success with my first. I grew under CFL's but have purchased a 105w quantum board. Can I put the new seedlings straight under the led as soon as I transfer them from paper towel into a pot or should I go the first couple of weeks under CFL's? Will they be ok under the more intense light from day 1?

The answer in my opinion is yes the quantum board will work but it will take trial and error to get it perfect. An HLG 65 at about 18”-20” from top of pot works like a charm for me with seedlings. No more buying expensive cfl bulbs and tinkering with the distance. Just pop some worthless bag seeds to experiment with.
