led light help?

ok i was looking threw classifieds and found a led light that really caught my attention. I was going to be buying 400W hps and mh with 2 digital ballasts for $290cnd but this seems like it might be better. heres the specs. The guys is asking $200cnd for this led board. Is this going to be able to give me a good grow and is this a good price?

led arent good for weed used mh and hps or go get a 4ft fluro with sunlihgt at homedepot i use it works great with nartual sunlight bulbs and hps for flowering mate

lol - that led board is weak... they sell 225 LEDs on ebay for $25, or 900 for $100US... the two 400s w/ digital ballasts would be WAAAAAY better. seriously, its 800 watts vs 55...
