LED lighting for a 10x10

have a good friend looking to set up a 10x10 tent. He wants to stick to LED lighting to cut the electricity bills down a bit. Seems everyone's running cob kits. Not really 100% confident on building a cob setup. How many cobs would you need to fill a10x10?? What are his options if he doesn't want to fool with cobs and still stay LED? I personally use a platinum LED. Many seem to hate it and that's ok. Seems to be working great so far. Don't want to steer him in the wrong direction. How would you guys light a 10x10?

You could get @Stephenj37826 to build you enough quantum panels for that space as well, probably the best option.
